Editors Review

Charles Haccius is a member of the Irish, English and New Zealand Bars who specialises in Irish Tax Law, with particular emphasis on the international aspects thereof. Charles is the Irish correspondent for the Bulletin of the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation.

Pat O’Brien is a Partner in the Dublin office of KPMG and specialises in international taxation. He represents the Irish practice on the KPMG Leasing Tax Partners’ Network and has served on the KPMG European Tax Committee.
