Editors Review

Anne Corrigan is a barrister, with over 20 years' tax experience. She lectured in Revenue Law at UCD from 1989 to 2000, and has been an associate at Arthur Cox Solicitors since 1997. She is one of the leading authorities on Irish trust law, and specialises in advising trustees on the nature and scope of their powers, as well as on their duties and obligations.

Ann Williams is a taxation consultant and is in private practice. She was formerly a director of KPMG’s Private Client Services practice. She has many years’ experience in trusts and estate tax planning, as well as in advising family businesses and individuals on the tax issues surrounding the management and preservation of assets.
