Launch of the Employer Job (PRSI) Incentive Scheme

An Taoiseach, Brian Cowen TD, officially launched the scheme on Sunday 20th June 2010. This scheme, which was originally announced in Budget 2010, provides an exemption from employer PRSI for 12 months in relation to jobs created in 2010 where the new employee taken on had been unemployed for 6 months or more.
