Mandatory Disclosure Consultation Documents - Now Available on Revenue Website

Revenue have published a consultation document, with accompanying draft regulations, draft guidance notes and draft forms relating to the Mandatory Disclosure of Certain Transactions legislation introduced in section 149 of the Finance Act 2010.   These are available on their website here The consulation process is open under 15 September 2010.
