Revenue note that an advertisement appearing in today's Irish Times, relating to the Mandatory Disclosure of Certain Transactions consultation process, was issued inadvertently. They further note that it is expected that the consultation documents will issue very shortly. Notification of this will appear in the national newspapers and via a further eBrief.
