As mentioned in the Transfer Pricing Article in June's TaxRelay, Revenue had indicated that they would issue guidelines shortly to clarify the documetation requirements for Transfer Pricing.  These are now available and are set out in a Revenue Guidance Note provided within this Tax Briefing article.  The tax briefing is available here
