Revenue eBrief No. 31/2010 - Update of VAT on Property Guide

This eBrief advises that the VAT on Property Guide has been updated. The guide which was published in April 2008, has been fully updated to take account of legislative changes to the VAT on property rules in the past two years.
It incorporates changes made by Finance (No 2) Act 2008, Finance Act 2009 and Finance Act 2010. It also includes guidance set out in previously published Revenue Tax Briefing articles and Revenue responses to Frequently Asked Questions.
