eBrief No. 08/10: Employee share schemes - Extended date for filing returns of information

This eBrief deals with the 2009 Return of information for unapproved employee share schemes. 

The form for 2009, which is to incorporate the existing Form SO2 (return of information in respect of share options) and Form CSI (return of information in respect of convertible securities), is not yet available.

Due to the late availability of the form, the return filing date for returns of information in relation to shares/securities/share options (31 March 2010) has been extended to 9 July 2010.
