Commission on Taxation
The Commission on Taxation report was published on Monday, 7 September.
The ITI will provide members with a comprehensive update on the report's recommendations. We will be issuing a special TaxFax on Monday 7 September, after the report is published, highlighting the key recommendations of interest to members with a more comprehensive TaxFax to follow.
As the report's recommendations are likely to play a key role in future tax policy the ITI will seek to reflect members' views in our engagement with Government on the Commission's proposals. We will be holding a number of open meetings countrywide to provide an update on the recommendations and where members can outline their views. This input will play a key role in our forthcoming Pre-Budget submission.
