Dr. Jeffrey Owens OECD guest speaker at ITI breakfast seminar

Dr. Jeffrey Owens, Director of Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, OECD, was the guest speaker at the Irish Taxation Institutes' Breakfast Seminar in the Radisson Hotel, Golden Lane, on Tuesday 19th May.
During his speech, Dr. Owens referred to the important role tax policy will play in managing the recovery from the economic downturn, both at the global level and here in Ireland.
