Speaker Profiles

Marie Bradley is a Council member and Fellow of the Irish Taxation Institute. She is Principal of Bradley Tax Consulting and previously worked in the taxation departments of PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG.

Lorraine Griffin is a Tax Partner with Deloitte, and has significant corporate tax and international tax experience. She is specialised in International tax, advising multinationals on investing into Ireland and domestic groups on outward investments, and has significant expertise in the area of corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Lorraine is a key member of Deloitte’s multidisciplinary life sciences team, as well as the firm’s M&A team from a tax viewpoint. Lorraine is a law graduate of University College Cork, a Chartered Accountant, and an Associate and current Council Member of the Irish Taxation Institute.

Eamonn May is a Department Manager in Enterprise Ireland’s Investment Services Division. He has extensive export development experience having previously held client facing positions both overseas and also within Enterprise Ireland’s Established and Scaling Divisions. Eamonn is a graduate of University College Dublin.

Stephen Walker is Managing Partner of WhitneyMoore.  He joined the firm in January 2006 as a partner in the Corporate Department, having been a partner in another leading law firm.  Stephen practises across a broad range of commercial areas, principally, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital, joint ventures and corporate restructuring. He also has particular experience in the waste, waste to energy and medical device sectors.  Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and specialised in commercial litigation and insolvency matters until 1998 when he commenced corporate practice.  Stephen is a member of the Irish Environmental Law Association and the Institute of Directors.
